Setting intentions that work

Does it really work to set intentions? Can you actively create the life you really want? Yes! Here are some simple tips to ensure you don’t sabotage your manifestation.

The number one tip to setting intentions that actually work is doing it without having an attachment to the outcome – whether it is a specific way it must manifest or specific timing.

If we become attached to the outcome you are actually activating your fears around NOT having it manifest. Which then in turn actually blocks our path and draws negativity in. So then, you end up believing setting intentions doesn’t work, which in turn creates more fear and negativity sets in.

To avoid this cycle, set your intention, visualize it as a reality in your life with strong emotions to support the vision, adn then move on knowing that it will manifest in divine timing.
