  • Unlock Your Inner Calm

    In this virtual one month 1 on 1 program for individuals, Rose-Anne will guide you through proven strategies and exercises to empower you to tap into your inner calm to help alleviate day-to-day stress, chronic pain, and fatigue. Rose-Anne will combine her diverse knowledge, energy healing practices, life coaching, and custom guided meditations to share the wisdom of the heart-brain connection to bring forward healing frequencies of calm, light, love, and joy into your every day.

Three month Program

  • Expanding Your Peace of Mind
    In this three month 1 on 1 program for individuals, we examine how mindfulness can literally alter and change our brain structure and chemistry.  We will take an in-depth look at the brain and explore the physical benefits that mindfulness practice can have – such as improving memory, attention and focus, decreasing anxiety and depressive symptoms, preserving the aging brain – and so much more. Real Life Changes happen from the inside out, and Rose-Anne’s goal is to help you navigate your way through life and grow through your struggles, heal from your pain and help you move forward to where you want to be in the now.

Six month program

  • Mindful Living
    In this six month 1 on 1 program for individuals, we explore deeper how to live a mindful life by embodying the teachings and learnings from previous sessions. You will be required to journal throughout the six month process in order to introspect and deepen your understanding of your inner self. You will hone your skills of compassion, empathy, communication and connection. By viewing all beings as interconnected you will begin to understand how a mindful shift in your life has the potential to create positive waves across larger communities and society as a whole. You will practice hands-on applications to integrate mindfulness into your day-to-day life in various capacities and practice with custom guided meditations to share the wisdom of the heart-brain connection to bring forward healing frequencies of calm, light, love, and joy into your every day.
