How to use apathy to manifest the life you really want!

Apathy has a bad rap. And I get why. The definition of apathy is: lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern. The way I like to personally define it is a wonderful neutral zone. And if you have attended any of my workshops or followed my social media posts, you will know that I encourage people to find their neutral zone for many powerful reasons.

Some people see apathy as a negative thing because you tend to lack motivation when you are feeling that way. However, making a perspective switch can help you to see this moment of stillness as a good thing. We are so often rushed into “doing” instead of “being”. Doing doesn’t necessarily mean you are happy though. We are a society that thrives on bragging about being busy. But busy doesn’t even mean being productive.

As long as your apathy doesn’t slide downward into lower vibrational emotions such as depression, then you can utilize it in a powerfully positive way. And even if you do slip occassionaly into a lower vibe, the key is to sit with it, see it, comprehend the message in the emotion, and then release it.

For this purpose, I want you to see apathy as a neutral zone that can be a place of pause. The great thing about not having any interest or enthusiasm for anything in particular is that you can take a step back and really examine what you do want in your life. What do you want to do that will bring you true joy and happiness? What are you currently doing that isn’t evoking those high vibrational emotions?

There are some simple things you can do to help make your apathy into a powerful tool for manifestation. As you recognize this neutral zone you are in, you can then journal, visualize, and brainstorm the life situations that would make you feel alive and motivated with passion and purpose again.

At the same time, this neutral zone is a great place to sart to release all that no longer serves you or keeps you in a lower vibrational state of being.
