Weekly group calls with Rose-Anne are typically LIVE on Tuesdays and Fridays on zoom at 8:30 pm EST. Each LIVE group workshop is approximately 60 to 90 minutes long, though there is no need to stay the whole time. Sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend live. Each LIVE workshop will include specific topic teachings, exercises, and mindfulness meditations. There will be some time allowed for group sharing and reflections to help strengthen the integration of the lessons.Â
Every week Rose-Anne will send out an email update with the zoom call login details as well as posting the information to the private Facebook group.Â
You will have lifetime access to all workshop content. Links will be provided via email to the recorded versions after the live classes take place.
Every Friday class is a group guided meditation to extend the weekly lessons and integration of the concepts learned. There will also be a group Healy session done during the guided meditation.
