Embracing authenticity isn’t just a pathway to personal fulfilment; it’s the cornerstone of cultivating lasting peace and calm in our daily lives. Straying from our authentic selves can breed a myriad of challenges—stress, anxiety, fatigue, even chronic illness. So, in the rhythm of today, how authentically are you living? Are you embracing honesty in your thoughts, feelings, and emotions? Are you expressing yourself freely?

If you answered “no” to any of the above, remember these key tips to living authentically:

  • Know yourself—this also means accepting and expressing your emotions and thoughts
  • Following your intuition—and discerning what is intuition versus the mind or ego
  • Trusting your ability to make the right decisions for yourself—if you knew you were supported, what would you do?

When you stray from authentic living, it actually impacts and reprograms your subconscious mind first. However, over time, it can silently grow into anxiety, depression, anger, fatigue, and even chronic illness. The word “disease” stems from a dis-ease with our experience.
