Change is natural

“As it turns out, now is the moment you’ve been waiting for.”
— Lucinda Williams
When you think about change, do you somehow feel that if you admit to needing change in your life, it would also be admitting that you were somehow not good the way you are? Or perhaps that the decisions you have made in the past weren’t the best ones for yourself? Or what about thinking that “I’m not good enough”?
What if all those thoughts were coming from the ego as a way to stop you from moving toward change and growth. Perhaps the survival instinct of the ego is so strong, it would prefer that you remain exactly the way you are, even if that means not allowing happiness, joy, health, and abundance into your life.
We have to find this “play” button in our minds that allows these types of messages to control our progress. Change is natural. Everything natural in the world changes every day. So why would we be any different? Failure is just a label of the ego. The real word would be feedback so that we can learn and improve and grow.
It just keeps changing…

“In times of change, the learners will inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”
— Eric Hoffer
With the new President Obama in place now, his campaign of “CHANGE” is still very much top of mind for all those that heard his message during this time of transition. So let’s take a closer look at change…
This Super Law tells us that energy is always moving, transmuting and changing. It takes one form, then another, but it never stands still. Everything we see, hear, taste, touch or smell is in a constant state of change. In fact, this Super Law tells us that change is all there is.
People sometimes say, “Let’s wait until the dust settles after all this change before we do anything” or, “I just want this change to hurry up and be over so I can get back to normal!” They don’t understand that change itself is what’s normal!
Every cell in your body is replaced in less than a year. You aren’t even the same physical person you were a year ago. You can go back to your old house or your old town, but it won’t be the same, you won’t be the same and your relationship with it won’t be the same as it was. In fact, the whole world as we know it is gone the moment we know it!
What must you do to learn to embrace and leverage change? What are you hanging on to in your life and/or your business that no longer serves you?
Change can happen, both ways…

“Life is change… Growth is optional… Choose wisely.”
— Karen Kaiser Clark
Life is really all about change. Everything is constantly in a state of change: our planet, the weather, the water, our hair, our nails, everything. The list goes on and on. That is what it is to be alive.
And this change can be for the better or for the worse. It happens both ways. Perhaps with nature we have less to say or do about all the changes taking place on our planet (other than being as environmentally aware and active as possible). With people we do have more control over the direction.
Realize this: Change will happen. So use that to your advantage and look for the positive things you can get from the process. Rethink everything. Continue to educate yourself on all your options. Let change guide you and move you steadily forward and upward in life.
You can do it — just know when to ask for help.

“Today is a most unusual day, because we have never lived it before; we will never live it again; it is the only day we have. Today can be a healthy unusual day for you — and for others — if you take time to give someone a smile… to express a word of kindness… to lend a helping hand to someone in need… to write a note of gratitude… to give a word of encouragement to someone who is temporarily overcome with problems… to share a portion of your material possessions with others.”
— William Arthur Ward
Change is something that everyone can do. In simplistic terms, you create results every day of your life. Flip the switch and the light will go on. Push the cart and it will move forward. What happens when you don’t know where the light switch is and it’s dark in the room? What if there is too much on the cart for you to push by yourself?
Do you give up and stumble through the dark hoping someday you will discover where the switch is hiding? Do you leave the load on the cart behind and hope there was nothing of importance below the piles?
Or do you reach out and ask for help. Maybe someone else knows a faster way to find the switch or better yet they came prepared with a flashlight to help you search. Maybe someone knows how to sort through your load and can help you discard all the heavy and unnecessary burdens on your cart.
The world is full of wonderful helpers just like that, so seek them out, call out to them, pray for them, and they will be there for you. You can do it — just know when to ask for help.
The power to change your world

“The most powerful thing you can do to change the world is to change your own beliefs about the nature of life, people, reality, to something more positive… and begin to act accordingly.”
— Shakti Gawain, Creative Visualization
You’ve heard it before, and you will hear it again, and again — you have the power to change the world starting with you. As Wayne Dyer points out, “There is no stress in the world, only people thinking stressful thoughts and then acting on them.” This is a powerful concept, but even more powerful is the reality that you don’t need to live in that stressful world.
Start changing your own beliefs and thoughts to something more positive and act on those thoughts. Right there, at that very moment, the world just changed.
How do I react to life?

“If you don’t like something, change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.”
— Mary Engelbreit
As I progress through my journey of life, I am coming to a big realization about a small thing — life is very much about our attitudes. Happiness, misery, strength, weakness are all about attitude. The funny part is they all require more or less the same amount of work on our part and we actually have the power to determine everyday which way it will go.
I have even heard some people state that life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react to it all. That would mean it is vital to be in control of our attitudes and our choices that we make. How we see a certain situation or person depends on what we look for in it or them. Seek out the positive and you will find it. If you don’t like what you see, then change the way you look at it or think about it.

“Will you join us to say “I love you” and “Thank you” to all the water on Planet Earth and fill it with the highest vibration (HADO) of Love and Thanks that we can possibly experience?”

More and more research is proving that thoughts are powerful things that can affect your body dramatically. The Institute of Heart Math describes this process in their paper titled “Local and Non-local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA”. Wow, now that’s a catchy title!
Here is a brief summary of the research: In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given to 28 trained researchers, one vial each. Each researcher had been trained on how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each were instructed to have strong emotions.
What they discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers. Read more
