Topic Summary:
How many of us in our lives have ever felt lost, confused and frustrated. Feeling like we are just bits of paper blown here and there by the winds of circumstance and fortune with no control over our lives. Frustrated in a world spinning ever faster, unable to slow things down and get off the hamster wheel of stress?
The answer may lie in learning the skills of how to take back full control over our reactions and perceptions. As in the Zen saying” wherever you go there you are” you cannot run away from yourself. So if you can’t leave yourself behind the answer may be; to create a place of stillness and harmony within yourself that is yours to access anytime, wherever you go.
