That's pretty profound. I'm sitting here now feeling just a little stunned at how counter-productive I've been in ignoring the little steps in favour of the railing over the slowness in making the big changes. One thing I've found that helps is to have a system for dealing with change, and even though I haven't been following along as well as I should, the LARK method that Shelley Anderson describes in Dealing with Divas is a good system for making sure that you're focusing on the right things. I'll definitely be doing better after this. Thanks for providing me with a much needed Aha! moment. :)

It is amazing how often we lose sight of the fact that the small steps we take are actually helping us to realize our overall goals. I get so frustrated at times when I don't see immediate results or think that nothing lies over the horizon and I am just spinning my wheels. Articles and daily inspirations like this help to keep me on track and remain positive as I continue to march on.
