“Will you join us to say “I love you” and “Thank you” to all the water on Planet Earth and fill it with the highest vibration (HADO) of Love and Thanks that we can possibly experience?”
— Dr. Masaru Emoto
More and more research is proving that thoughts are powerful things that can affect your body dramatically. The Institute of Heart Math describes this process in their paper titled “Local and Non-local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA”. Wow, now that’s a catchy title!
Here is a brief summary of the research: In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given to 28 trained researchers, one vial each. Each researcher had been trained on how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each were instructed to have strong emotions.
What they discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers. (more…)

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
— Albert Einstein
We are, for the most part, creatures of habit. We get through our days following the same routines, the same patterns every day and every night. And there is a good reason for doing so — staying in a comfort zone. There is comfort in knowing what is going to happen in your life everyday, as long as you keep doing the same things over and over.
And when you are living the life you want to live — you are happy, fulfilled, and living in love — these habits can actually be a good thing. But if you are looking for positive, permanent change in your life, doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results will just lead to insanity. You cannot have change if you keep doing the same things.
Change the thoughts, change the actions, and then you can expect different results.

“A good plan violently executed today is far and away better than a perfect plan tomorrow.”
— Tecumseh Sherman
How many of us have goals we want to accomplish this year? How many of us have “To Do” lists plastered on our fridges? Now the bigger question. How long have these things been waiting to get done? Do not wait until all the conditions are perfect to begin. Beginning makes it all perfect.
Harv Eker has a great quote for this: “Ready, Fire, Aim”. Make a plan, do it, and make the necessary adjustments and corrections en route. Things will most likely come up that you didn’t plan for anyway, so go for it and come up with the answers when you need them.
Completing your goals, projects, tasks, chores will bring you more than a sense of satisfaction. It will actually bring you peace and it will bring you energy. It doesn’t matter what the size of the task is. When you keep putting it off, it tends to rob you of your energy, both mentally and emotionally.
Start with the smaller items on your list that you have been neglecting. Just starting will give you power and set the rest in motion.

“Nothing can bring you peace but yourself.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-1882)
For every situation that comes into your life you have a choice. You may not have as much direct control over whether the situation arrives at your door, but you have absolute control over how you open the door and greet it — how you choose to react to the situation.
Drama is a subjective reality; for one the death of a loved one can be a painful experience. To another, it is but a reminder that life is short and it is a time to live more fully with love and peace. Others might even see it as a time to rejoice in seeing their soul move on to a higher level of consciousness. One situation — many choice reactions.
And as much as accepting drama in your life is a choice, so too is allowing peace to reign in your daily decisions and reactions.

“Life experiences are the continuum in this seamless matrix of nothingness, in this continuum of both body and environment. They are our experiences of joy and sorrow, of success and failure, of wealth and poverty. All these events seemingly happen to us, but at very primordial levels we are making them happen.”
— Deepak Chopra, Creating Affluence, The A-to-Z Steps to a Richer Life
The problem with worrying about money is that it never pays a bill. And what is worse, worrying about money actually pushes prosperity away instead of attracting it — which just makes our situation all the more difficult to bear. Sarah Ban Breathnach reminds us in Simple Abundance, that when your subconscious mind continually receives a message, positive or negative, it will eventually manifest that message.
Thankfully, every thought one has does not instantly materialize. The results of our thoughts can take weeks, months, or even years to come about. But negative thoughts about money on a constant basis signals fear, lack, and deprivation — which will lead to fear, lack, and deprivation.
A more practical approach to dealing with money issues, according to Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer in Creating Money: Keys to Abundance, is to consider what actions you could take to CREATE money. There is a big difference in the energy behind CREATING compared to NEEDING.
Remember to keep your life simple in terms of money. Worry only blocks your creativity and thinking in order to keep creating an abundant flow of money.

“I pray that I may never meddle, interfere, dictate, and give advice that is not wanted, or assist when my services are not needed. If I can help people, I’ll do it by giving them a chance to help themselves and if I can uplift or inspire, let it be by example, inference and suggestion, rather than by injunction and dictation. That is to say, I desire to be Radiant, to Radiate Life!”
— Elbert Hubbard
It’s not easy to have the desire to help others and have the person needing help not want it or accept it. When I see someone suffering needlessly, I really want to reach out and help because I know I can help.
A good friend of mine who is a healer has a saying that he lives by, “No willing, no healing”. We may want to help, but if the other person is not willing to accept the help, the situation will not improve — despite all our best efforts and intentions.
The best way to help others is to give them a chance to help themselves and be there if they ask you to be there for them. We are not here to change the world by force. We are here to change the world by love, tolerance, respect, and compassion. And that can be done by living a life worthy of inspiring others and leading by example. That is living a radiant life.
